Change Mechanics is an EdPsych company that specializes in integrating the fundamentals of psychology into the learning process.

1)  The success of our growth and development is based on our motivation.  It is our active engagement in the learning process that leads to our success.

​2) It's human nature to be resistant.  Our brain is designed for survival, protecting us by avoiding discomfort.  Compound that fact with modern living and our motivation is constantly bombarded.
